Uffington is a rural village resting about 4 miles south of Faringdon and 6 miles west of Wantage. The village is home to some basic amenities including a village shop and post office, a local pub, the Thomas Hughes Memorial Hall, and the pretty St. Mary’s Church. Further amenities can be found in Faringdon which include Faringdon Folly, Faringdon's Old Town Hall, and National Trust Owned Buscot Park, providing an excellent day out.
