The cottage is located next to forest walks and cycle ways, opposite beautiful Kielder Castle, in the stunning Kielder Water and Forest Park.

Red squirrels, a variety of birds and an elusive Pine Marten who is partial to a jam sandwich (chopped up into small squares) regularly visit the garden. There are miles of fabulous views and walking and cycling trails around the reservoir and forest to discover.
