Area The market town of Wooler is situated on the banks of the River Till, in the foothills of the Cheviots which form part of the Pennine Way. Wooler has a selection of hotels and eating places and offers an excellent location for exploring the whole of Northumberland and the Scottish Borders. Within driving distance is Alnwick, Berwick-upon-Tweed, Chillingham Castle and Coldstream.
