Kings Studio is a stone-built terraced cottage located in the heart of the popular village of Reeth in Swaledale, within the stunning Yorkshire Dales National Park and can sleep three people in two bedrooms. The open plan living area includes a well-equipped kitchen, a small dining area and a comfortable sitting area with a feature white stone wall and window seat. There are two tastefully furnished bedrooms comprising one double and one single with a pull out truckle bed and a modern shower room completes the ground floor accommodation. Kings Studio is perfectly situated for a great holiday at any time of the year.

Area
The pretty, ever-popular village of Reeth rests at the northern tip of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, where Arkengarthdale and Swaledale meet, nestled between Calver Hill, Fremington Edge and Harkerside. An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with lovely rolling hills and spectacular views, Reeth boasts a colourful history as it was originally a Saxon settlement, and has also been known as a lead mining town and a centre for hand knitting throughout its time. Both trades are proudly featured in the Swaledale Museum, located alongside a good range of shops, tea rooms and restaurants.

From heather-clad moors and limestone scars, to market towns and the steady pace of country life - the sublime Dales await you! Where else in Britain is it as satisfying to sit and do nothing as it is to explore the numerous pursuits on offer?

Electric oven and hob, Electric fire in front room with oak surround output 2kw of power and providing instant heat, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking at the village green on a first come, first served basis. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub 1 min walk. Note: The property is accessed up 3 small steps. Note: There is no outdoor space at this property. Travel cot and high chair available upon request. Note: Property sleeps 4 but maximum of 3 adults at any one time

Really lovey cottage with great furnishings and lovely position.. Only request would be helpful to have a freezer compartment in fridge to be able to take freezer blocks for lunches.

ALL GREAT. Except NO icebox in fridge! Would prefer ice box in fridge or mini freezer instead of luxury item like a dishwasher that was there. (Especially as it's only a 3 person accommodation) Without freezer or ice box hard to shop for more than a day. Nor could I free ice packs if taking packed lunch with me. Reeth is also very rural location so freezer especially useful as limited shopping in Reeth. As a minimum would definitely need ice box in fridge. Thank you. Ps still had a great time

Beautiful little property in lovely little village, with amazing scenery on the doorstep.. Ideal for a couple although sleeps 3 with everything needed except a hairdryer. The only issue is trying to enter the front door without standing on the carpet . Lovely week , thank you x

An excellent well presented cottage, in a beautiful village ideally situated for walking the area.. We totally enjoyed the week. Our dog Monty enjoyed the rivers on this exceptionally warm week, Gary, Chris and Monty the Lab- East Yorkshire

The cottage was perfect.. Would definitely book it again. Swaledale is stunning and it was great that the cottage was in the centre of Reeth so that we could walk to the pubs in the evening and the shops during the day if we needed anything.
