This is a hikers', bikers', and nature lovers' dream come true at the apex of a stunning valley. It is only a 13-mile drive to Scarborough or a 20-mile drive to Whitby, both of which are top-notch seaside resorts in the UK. About an hour's drive away, York and Castle Howard provide all the history and culture a vacationer could ask for. There are numerous summer festivals and shows held in the nearby market towns of Pickering, Malton, Kirbymoorside and Helmsley.
