The place was clean and usable,,,, but a number of improvements could be made :- The picture even on your email and online information is misleading it gives the impression of the place being a bigger place not converted into two small units with side doors.. .. lots of noisy floorboards need fixing Microwave in kitchen needs to be sorted as its dangerous, for two reasons almost fulls of the wall just one screw holding it up and the brackets are all wrong,,, 2nd its to high would be very easy to tip hot contenance over oneself Door of bathroom does not fit. Shower hard to use cannot get to the taps without getting into it, awkward when just doing ones hair etc, table under the stairs is very tight, Would suggest a re think down stairs perhaps remove the wall from the kitchin to the living area remove the two old pull out beds and put some 90 degree nice seating there from the side wall under the window to the kitching side, also placing a table there, the heating could go under the stairs...... a small wishing machine dryer could be fitted under a kitchen unit next to the sink,,, Kind Regards
