There is a choice of two lounges in which to relax after a day exploring the local area, one with a wood burner for that cosy or romantic atmosphere and both have Smart TVs to catch up on any must see programmes. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor including, a spacious super king size, a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom suitable for both adults and children with views over the garden and water. Completing the ground floor accommodation is a shower room with shower and WC, and a separate WC. Ascending the stairs to the first floor guests will find three further bedrooms, all stylishly furnished and with their own vanity basin. The first is a super king size with scenic views out over the private broad, the second is a double bedroom and finally, a twin bedroom. The entertaining space is not just confined to inside, especially with such lovey views over the private broad and jetty at the end of the garden. A patio area with both seating and garden furniture offers al fresco dining opportunities as well as a superb spot to enjoy a drink and chat with friends. The wooden jetty is gated, although care should be taken with younger children, and provides a great platform to watch the abundance of wildlife or perhaps enjoy a spot of angling, all fish to carefully be put back to swim another day.
