Bathroom with basin, WC and shower over bath. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area with wood burning stove. Conservatory. Games room. Summer house & Hot tub. BBQ hut which uses charcoal, can be used all year round.

Clayton-le-Dale is a village and civil parish situated on the A59 road near Blackburn, in Lancashire. For things to do in the local area there is Wood-Sage Outdoor Education Centre offering a wide range of tailor made programmes & activities to schools, youth organisations, families and corporate groups. It is situated in East Lancashire, just a short drive from the towns and cities of Lancashire, West Yorkshire, Manchester and Liverpool. Note: Property is on a working farm - The garden area can be made enclosed by closing the main entrance gate, allowing peace of mind for children playing outside.
