Located a few miles inland, the village of Shalfleet is a quiet haven in the West Wight countryside.

There is a welcoming pub in the village, as well as a handy village store, and a farm shop offering fresh local produce. Four miles to the west of the village, the town of Yarmouth has a bustling marina and a choice of places to eat, while a little further around the coast, the beaches at Colwell Bay and Totland offer sandy beaches and views across to the mainland.
