The Fairtrade town of Winchcombe is situated midway between Cheltenham and Broadway, offering restaurants, wine bars, tea shops, deli's, shops, music and arts festivals, country shows and farmers’ markets. Guided walks around the town are on offer throughout the summer months, and within reach are the village of Broadway, spa town of Cheltenham and the town of Gloucester.

Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

We were a group of 6 ladies.. The location was excellent and the apartment was stunning. An amazing nights sleep. The only tiny criticism we had would definately benefit from an extra chair in the living area and a dishwasher.

Fabulous cottage, really well equipped, a few little things missing for those who want to cook, such as a casserole dish and large serving spoons.. The amazing oven was difficult to suss out, only to find the manual in the bottom draw!! Beds really comfy and bed linen lovely and soft and the view from the back bedrooms is amazing. Location is wonderful, with lots of walks, pubs and a few little shops to mooch around. For those who like a lie in, don't sleep in the front bedroom! Woken by the paper deliveries at 4ish and food deliveries at 730! We will be back as loved it.
