Absolutely loved staying here for a long weekend. The place itself was so clean, bright and well equipped for what we needed. The location is fantastic, in walking distance of shops (opposite a Morrisons Daily), pubs & restaurant’s, literally a few doors away from a tasty Chinese Takeaway (cash only). Situated just off a road but it’s so quiet, with a completely enclosed space was great for the dog. Parking is just down the road and left into Back Lane, behind the library and it’s around £1 for 24 hours. If you turn right onto Greet Road there’s a decent sized Co-Op shop. We visited the Plaisterers Arms for a few drinks, landlady was lovely & we’ll definitely be trying food in there next time we visit. All the staff in The Corner Cupboard were lovely - highly recommend their Sunday Roast. Went into the White Heart, a little more expensive than the other pubs around but the atmosphere was good. Overall the local places were friendly and welcoming. Quite a few places that are in driving distance, Dunkertons, Blenheim Estate, Diddly Squat Farm Shop, Bourton On Water is beautiful but there are also a few things in walking distance…Sudeley Castle, Winchcombe Museum or St Peter’s Church. Would definitely recommend this place as a central point of stay.

Ideal Location for visiting the Cotswold's. This is a quality cottage, designed to perfection. With all the comforts. Bathroom fantastic. Super king comfortable bed. Kitchen very well equipped. French doors open on to a paved patio, then to a lawned area with gardens either side. There is a table and chairs and a garden bench. We visited 13th Sept and had fantastic weather, Its perfect if you take your family dog. There is a lovely dog bed, dog blanket and dog treats. Toby our 13 1/2 year old dog settled so well. The garden is totally enclosed and very safe. It is accessed through a door that is key pad controlled. The owners are so Lovely and they also have a lovely dog called Oscar. We will be returning. There are plenty of dog friendly places within walking distance. Thoroughly recommended.

This cottage was in a perfect location, right on a street where all the shops were and a lovely pub.. Even though it was on the street once inside you could not hear the road at all very peaceful. It had everything we required. It was very bright inside and very comfortable.

Helen and Robert provided us with lots of good information prior to our arrival and also checked with us during our stay whether we had everything we needed or wanted anything.. It's important to have a good property but it's also important to have owners who show they care about your holiday. All amenities that you would want are on the property and it is in a great location for food and drink with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. There may not be a parking space directly attached to the property but there are plenty of safe places to park your car within a minute or two's walk. Highly recommended.
