Only five minutes from Brighton Beach Bandstand and the western tip of the city's pebbled shores, this lower ground floor apartment has plenty to admire. The charming wood-floored living area is home to a dining table and double sofa bed, forsaking a TV in favour of more traditional entertainment. There's a good sized master bedroom, a narrow but well equipped kitchen, and a private outdoor patio for catching some sun and enjoying the sea air. You'll also be able to walk east along the seafront towards Brighton's most famous attractions, with the city's pier, pavilions, and broad range of bars and boutiques reachable within half an hour.Home truths:
*There are steps leading down to the front door here. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
*One small, well-behaved dog is welcome to join you with prior approval from your host.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
