The apartment offers gas central heating, an electric oven and grill, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine/tumble dryer, and a dishwasher There is a TV, WiFi, DVD player, and CD player. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels, and a highchair are included in the rent. There is off-road parking for one car, though caution is advised for larger vehicles due to the narrow passageway (approximately 1.9m wide) with a challenging 'kink' halfway through. There is a small patio area with a garden bench. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Smoking is not permitted. The nearest shop and pub are both 0.1 miles away. A sofa bed is available in the open-plan living space, suitable for one person; please request this at the time of booking. Make memories at Radium.

Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!
