The kitchen can be found through an arch and being just next door, you can chat whilst you prepare your favourite meals. Heading upstairs, you'll find the two bedrooms and a cosy study with space to sit and enjoy a good book. Completing this floor is the second bathroom. French doors lead from the lounge to a private patio with furniture and a charcoal BBQ, ideal for al fresco meals. There is an open lawn, screened in part with hedging, which is the perfect place to sit back and relax whilst you listen to birdsong.
