Mudeford is a well connected suburb of ever popular Christchurch and boasts a fantastic stretch of sandy beach as well as plenty of choices when it comes to dining.

Mudeford Quay is well worth a visit or, for a good walk, head to Hengistbury Head (2 miles). Just a mile along the coast is Highcliffe, which is home to Highcliffe Castle, known for its striking Gothic Revival architecture and gardens designed by Capability Brown, which lead to the beach.
