It offers two bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite bathroom and a twin, sleeping four people altogether. There is also a shower room and an open-plan living room with kitchen, breakfast table, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off-road parking for one car and an enclosed garden with decking garden furniture and lawn area. 168 Stanpit offers a refreshing break by the sea.

Area
The Dorset town of Christchurch is situated on the estuaries of the Rivers Stour and Avon, where they come together to form a natural harbour. Christchurch boasts an array of shops and restaurants, whilst the 11th century castle ruins and the Medieval priory. No trip to Christchurch would be complete unless you have strolled down to the quayside or been on one of the regular boat trips along the River Stour. There's also plenty to do in the resort of Bournemouth, or venture into the New Forest National Park.

Such a clean, tidy and well equipped property.. Great location with stunning views. Had a very relaxing feel to it. The owner made us feel very welcome and was so accommodating from beginning to end. The homemade bread and muffins were a very nice touch. We will definitely be returning.

Our stay at Harbour View was a perfect get-away.. The house is well equipped, light and bright and the outdoor area postcard perfect. On arrival, we were greeted by the owner, who had also gone out of her way baking us fresh break and delicious rhubarb custard cupcakes. The area is stunning, fantastic walks, great local amenities and endless trails for dog waking. Coasts and marsh trails are marked with guidance on off lead walking, so our dog had an amazing time as well. We will definitely book Harbour View again. Thanks Clare for an amazing stay.
