Ley Park is a detached house ¾ mile by footpath from the Devon beach of Welcombe Mouth. The house sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, three double, two with en suite, and a twin. On the ground floor is a sitting room with wood burning stove, a dining room/second living room, kitchen with sofa and a utility room. Outside is an enclosed garden with patio and barbecue and a grassy area for ball games. A mile from the good pub in the hamlet of Welcombe, Ley Park is a smashing family house for a holiday in Devon.

A pretty country village just one mile from the high cliffs, rocky coves and golden sands of the north Devon/Cornwall coast, as well as the beach at Welcombe Mouth with its sand, rocks, and some fabulous waves to ride

Region
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Perfect house in a peaceful and picturesque location near the beach and everything in the house is top quality which makes it like home from home! Highly recommend booking this accommodation if you’re after something a little bit special! My family and I loved it.

The owners of the property obviously take pride in it and ensure it’s maintained to the highest standards so others can feel it’s like home from home.. Whilst the wine, cake and scones were much appreciated, the fact that you could walk in to the property without feeling you need to go round with a duster or mow the lawn was an even greater pleasure.

Great cottage, beautifully decorated, fantastic setting near, and with a view over the sea.. Easy access to coast path. Would recommend highly to others. Plus points: 3 bathrooms, outside space with lovely gardens on all sides, outside decking area overlooking the sea. Welcoming cake, scones, local juice and wine too Thank you! We would love to go again sometime.
