Robin Cottage is a lovely semi-detached cottage set on a working farm in Watermouth near Berrynarbor in Devon and can sleep two people. There is a double bedroom, a shower room, a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside theres off road parking for one car, a private courtyard with furniture, a shared private beach 500 yards away and a shared picnic area, dog exercise field and playground. Robin Cottage is an ideal holiday base. Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome at a charge of £15 per dog.

Area
The village of Berrynarbor is ideally placed at the end of the wonderful Sterridge Valley. The village is surrounded by woodlands and farms. The narrow streets are beautifully lined with cottages, gardens and floral displays. This part of Devon is also designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, perfect for walkers and birdwatchers, due to the coastal cliffs and rugged landscape. The North Devon Coastal Path is also an essential part of your holiday if you enjoy walking. The coastal towns and villages of Illfracombe, Combe Martin, Barnstaple and Woolacombe are only a short drive away. This area of North Devon is in a beautiful part of the country and a region that the whole family will enjoy all year round.

Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

The Robin Cottage is extremely well sited to allow easy access to the SW Coast Path, Exmoor and other coastal and inland places of interest.. The cottage is well appointed and is set in grounds that are available for guests to explore and relax in. The picturesque private (pebble) beach is a real bonus. There are ample places to eat and drink nearby, many within reasonable walking distance.

Fabulous cottages in beautiful surroundings.. Fun being able to walk down to private beach through the animal fields, being followed by alpacas is an experience, we cannot wait to visit again with our grandchildren.

Widmouth Farm Cottages Location is Ideal very much tailored around accommodating pets, However in our opinion Robin Cottage does not meet a 4* rating, The Cottage was clean but very tiny, when we viewed the Gallery on your website there was only one or two interior photos which did not clearly indicate how small and cramped it is.. Additionally the furniture was extremely uncomfortable which is why we decided to return home a day earlier. The Shower Room was also uncomfortably small, The door hit the washbasin only allowing the door to open part of the way, A larger person would certainly find using the Shower Room very difficult indeed. On your website if you view the gallery for other Cottages at Widmouth they are much more descriptive with many photos which in our case led us to a false illusion for what to expect. We did not feel we had good value for money.

Lovely bijou cottage, loved the secure fenced dog exercise field and the beach where our dog first swam with another visiting friendly dog.. Friendly owners and we enjoyed the cream tea on our arrival.
