Penryn is a charming two storey apartment in Ilfracombe. The property has two double rooms and a single on the second floor, along with a shower room. On the first floor is a bathroom, kitchen with dining area and sitting room. Outside there is roadside parking, and the beaches, high street and amenities of Ilfracombe are on the doorstep. Penryn makes a wonderful base for a family or couple to enjoy Devon's country and coastline.

Set over 1st and 2nd floors. Three 2nd floor bedrooms: 2 x double, 1 x single. 1st floor bathroom with bath, basin and WC. 2nd floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. 1st floor fitted kitchen with dining area. 1st floor sitting room.

Area
Ilfracombe is a bustling town with two beaches, situated on the North Devon coastline, a short drive from Exmoor National Park. Ilfracombe has a harbour, pubs, restaurants and shops, and a day trip from the town to Lundy Island isessential. The villages of Lynton, Lynmouth, Clovelly, and the town of Hartland, plus many walking routes are all close by. Ilfracombe is an ideal at any time of year.

Region
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking outside property on a first come first served basis. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk. Note: Access is via an entrance door and ground floor hallway into the main house, shared with the friendly owner.

The holiday accommodation was spacious and clean.. The kitchen was well equipped with ample crockery etc. It was lovely to be able to eat in the kitchen together and then relax in the lounge; we really appreciated having the living space separate to the kitchen. Having two bathrooms was also a great plus. The owner of the property was brilliant, phoning us beforehand to touch base about our arrival, calling the day before to check our final plans, happily moving his car so we could unload, chatting when we bumped into him on occasion. Overall, a great experience.

Excellent holiday let - clean, good facilities and fantastic host.. The flat is really close to the tunnels beach and to town. Looking at other feedback we thought parking would be a nightmare but the host kindly moved his car so we could park when we got there, and we managed to get a space on the few occasions we took the car out. Would highly recommend Penryn for anyone looking for a holiday in Ilfracombe.

The owner Brendan was very pleasant.. House is in a good location for Ilfracombe, however parking for the property is not easy, first come first served, but the street is often full and you may have to park in a different street. The apartment was very clean and had all that you needed if you wanted to eat in.

A really lovely apartment over two floor with plenty of space.. Clean and easy to walk into town. On street parking is not always easy but owner very accommodating and will help out with this. We enjoyed our short stay at Penryn.

Penryn is a gorgeous apartment split over the upper two levels of a townhouse.. The owner lives underneath with the accommodation having its own entrance on the first floor. The owner is non-intrusive but also helpful and friendly. The 3 bedrooms, living area, kitchen and 2 bathrooms provided plenty of space for our family of 5. WiFi for the kids too! The apartment was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was very well equipped, even including condiments, cleaning materials etc. A washing machine was also handy for a particularly muddy day at an adventure park. We only had to buy food - Lidl is just down the road. Boardgames and plenty of linen was also much appreciated. The location of the apartment is excellent, 5 mins walk from tunnels beaches & 10/15 mins from the beautiful harbour. The Indian restaurant at the end of the road was also very nice. All in all a lovely apartment!

My family and I stayed at Penryn for four nights during the Easter holidays. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location is great, just a short walk down to the harbour and easy access at the end of the road to the high street. The owner is also very helpful. Great comfy property for your holiday in Iifracombe close to all amenities and town.
