*The entire downstairs has underfloor heating. The main suite on the top floor also has underfloor heating in the bathroom, as well as air conditioning in the bedroom.
*While you can walk to the beach and town centre, we suggest having a car for adventures further afield. Parking is available for four cars.
*The office is separate from the main house and sits above the garage.
