Fern villa is a two storey villa accommodation located on the Welcome family holiday park, Dawlish Warren. There are two bedrooms upstairs. A double room, and a family room. The family room has a triple bunk (double plus single bed) and a small single bed. There is a TV in this room. The bathroom has an electric shower over the tub, with separate WC. Downstairs, there is a sofa bed in the lounge, plus extra sofa and reading chair. The kitchen has a sofa plus full sized dining table, and range of kitchen equipment for your self catering holiday. There are USB ports on both floors. There is a fibreoptic powered WIFI channel available for our guests. The Welcome family holiday park has a range of site facilities on offer to our guests, including a playground, sports pitch and takeaways. There is a site club and pool, and guests may buy tickets for admission if they wish. Paddy's bar is just across the road and offers free admission every day, with entertainment provided throughout the season. The beach is a short walk away and has many attractions, such as a fun fair and amusements. There are plenty of shops and cafes in the village of Dawlish Warren.
