Hosting two bedrooms including a ground-floor double and a single, along with a ground-floor bathroom, this property can sleep up to three people. There is also an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside is off road parking for one car, a private garden and shared use of yet more gardens and a dog-walking field. Greenfinch makes a lovely romantic base for couples to enjoy the wonderful Devon coastline.

Situated in the beautiful lush green pastures of Devon, is the large village of Bradworthy, speckled with delightful cottages, village shops, a pub renowned for it's delicious food and tasty beer, and a garage, it is the ideal setting to immerse yourself in Devon's village life. Just three miles away from the village is the splendid Tamar Lakes, where visitors can get involved with an array of watersports, or cast their rod out onto the water and see what they can catch! Just further south-west is the beach resort of Bude, with its beautiful scenery and excellent surfing activities, it promises a fun day for all.

Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
