The property provides easy access to the popular Tarka Trail within the local village, Bishops Tawton (under 3 miles), where you can park your car and venture on foot or bike. Beach lovers will be spoilt for choice, with Westward Ho!, Saunton Sands, Croyde, and Woolacombe all within 17 miles. Other places of interest include Exmoor Zoo, Combe Martin Wildlife Park, RHS Rosemoor Gardens and Dartington Crystal (all within 17 miles). As you enter the cottage, you immediately find yourself in the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with low ceilings and exposed beams showcasing a true country style. Venture outside to the front of the property and up a couple of steps to the lawn with seating and a pathway that leads out into the shared gardens and a fishpond (children and pets must be supervised).
