Woodlands Farm is an end-terrace cottage just outside of Hulland Ward in Derbyshire. It provides two bedrooms made up of a king-size and a twin room, as well as a family shower room and a cloakroom, the property can sleep up to four people. Its interior also contains a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside you will find off road parking for three cars as well as a lawn and a patio with furniture and a barbecue. Woodlands Farm is a characterful, cosy cottage placed excellently for exploring Derbyshire and the Peak District.

The historic Hulland Ward is south of the Peak District with a couple of country pubs, some serving quality food, there is also a shop. Nearby Ashbourne is a market town boasting an cobbled alleys, market stalls and fine inns and restaurants. The town is also regarded as an antique haven. Foroutdoor pursuits, Carsington Water is a renowned water sports centre offering sailing and activities including walking, bird watching, cycling and bridleways, Alton Towers is 45 minutes away.

The ultimate in “year-round” appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.

This is a fantastic holiday cottage, well equipped, comfortable, spotless. Beautiful views - especially in the snow. Lots of off road parking. Great for a family get together, as in our case. Very welcoming owners who left a birthday balloon, a bottle of prosecco and some birthday muffins for us on arrival. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Truly lovely cottage, very well presented and thoughtfully laid out. Has everything you need and of very good quality. Only met owners once but they were very polite and would have approached them for assistance if necessary. Location is wonderful with lots of tourist attractions hear by. We took our 2 year old who had a wonder time and is already asking when we can return!!!
