The property also has a kitchen and sitting dining room with woodburning stove. There is off road parking and bike storage and also a private garden with fell views. Blacksmiths Cottage is an ideal retreat for a couple with much to explore in this beautiful national Park area. Please note that unfortunately this property is not suitable for infants.

Pooley Bridge village with it's shops and bars also has a rural outlook and is a 5 minute drive of the renowned Dalemain Mansion and Historic Gardens, and a 10 minute drive to the county town of Penrith. Excellent public transport links by bus or ferry within walking distance.
