Waterhead Cottage is a superb, detached cottage boasting a lovely position in the heart of the Lake District, between the towns of Ambleside and Windermere. It plays host to a king-size double bedroom (zip/link can be twins on request) with en-suite bathroom, sleeping two people altogether. There is also an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, while the exterior boasts lockable bike storage, off-road parking for one car a private patio area adjacent to property with chimnea, garden furniture and gas barbecue and 5-acre grounds shared with owner's, offering another gas barbecue and picnic bench. Waterhead Cottage also boasts lakeshore access with a private jetty for launching boats, fishing or just simply enjoying the views. Waterhead Cottage is a wonderful property to be enjoyed the year-round. PLEASE NOTE: The owner does provide a BBQ at the property, there is also a gas BBQ down by the lakeside seating area that can also be used. Please be mindful that neither the cleaner or the owner are responsible for the cleanliness of the BBQ . Please ensure that it is cleaned after use for the benefit of future guests.
