Hosting three bedrooms, including a super-king-size, a twin (superking on request) and a king-size, along with a bathroom and shower room, this property can sleep up to six people. There is also a kitchen and living/dining room with electric fire. To the outside is a decked balcony and sun terrace with furniture, along with off-road parking for two cars. Rathillet is a lovely escape, equipped with everything for a memorable stay in Cornwall.

It is also an ideal base for exploring the superb opportunities of Cornwall with St Agnes, Falmouth and Newquay all within easy touring distance.

Note: The owner lives in the neighbouring annexe - there is an interconnecting door that is permanently locked. Note: The property across the road is having extensive building works completed.
