Morrane sits in over 8 acres of private gated grounds, shared with the owner and three other holiday properties, all have their own gardens which are enclosed, close to the city of Truro and just outside the hamlet of Bissoe. There are two bedrooms, both have en-suite facilities, one with bath and separate shower and the other with a shower room. There is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area. There is a large garden laid to lawn and off road parking for up to two cars. This property is perfect for couple or families and of course don't forget your furry friends.

All ground floor (3 steps to enter property). Two bedrooms with TVs: 1 x king-size with en-suite bath, separate shower, basin and WC, 1 x Twin (zip/link, can be Super-king double on request) with en-suite shower room, basin and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

Area
Truro is the retail centre of Cornwall with a good range of independent shops as well as national stores all within a compact city centre. With its eclectic range of art galleries, bars, restaurants, cinema, theatre, museum and outstanding cathedral this small city is a superb year round destination. Steeped in history and intriguing architecture there is always plenty to do and see. Just meandering through the Georgian cobbled streets is a pleasure in itself. With many peaceful parks all within a short stroll from the centre it is a most relaxing city to visit. A wonderful day trip can be had from Truro to Falmouth along the stunning Fal estuary with many options to disembark and pick up the boat later along the scenic river trip.

Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

The cottage had everything you could possibly think off even items you would not expect.. They cover items you might have forgotten to pack even down to reading glasses. Is great if you have a dog you have enclosed garden and for a longer run a field just across the way. There is a dog friendly beach at Perranporth which is about a 7 mile drive and free parking after 5pm in town centre carpark. Owners make you feel very welcome and as we took a dog crate, on the one day we wanted to go where we could not take the dog, owners came up every couple of hours and let out the dog for a run and a play. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Moranne.. Maureen even got a card and placed banners for my mother's birthday. The scones and cake on arrival were also wonderful. Maureen was exceptionally friendly and a fantastic host. The dogs were also made to feel very welcome and were genuinely smiling throughout the break. The enclosed garden was also fantastic for the dogs and of good size for them to have a run around and play. We look forward to returning again next year.

We have stayed in this cottage now three times.. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cakes on arrival were a lovely touch. The hot tub was a real little gem. The owners Maureen and John are very accommodating. It is a great place to take your dogs.

The holiday cottage morrane was excellent clean comfortable and homely.. We were made very welcome including our dog Lottie who loved it. The cottage was nicely decorated and the pictures were colourful and made us smile. A dishwasher would have been nice but would stop me going back. Maureen made us feel very welcome and was very helpful telling us where things were and the best place to visit and eat. Can’t wait to go back.

We had a lovely time at Morrane.. Maureen and John were the perfect hosts.The cottage was spotless and very well equipped, central for exploring Cornwall and ideal for two couples sharing. Our English Setter had a large secure garden to play in and the freedom to explore three fields off lead. We will definitely be returning.

We had a fantastic time in our cottage (Morrane).. Moe & John are very warm & welcoming hosts. Moe's attention to detail within & around the property are second to none. Her little touches on arrival added to our family enjoyment. The cottage (Morrane) was above expectation, can't praise it high enough! We will be back. A very enjoyable and relaxing week in a beautiful cottage, in a super location, owned & operated by lovely people (Moe & John), and all that Cornwall had to offer.

10/10 This is the cleanest place we have ever stayed and Maureen and John the friendliest people ,The furnishings were high end and comfortable even the dogs were provided for with toys, treats and much more will most certainly return ..
