Dragonfly Cottage consists of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, a dining room with seating for four guests and an electric stove-effect fire, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and a single with trundle, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with gravelled area and furniture. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and within 0.3 miles, a pub and please note that three well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A stairgate is also available. Dragonfly Cottage is a wonderful escape for your next retreat in Cornwall. Note: There is no parking available at the property, however, there is parking available free of charge in a car park almost opposite the cottage, and also another free car park a little further up the road .

St Stephen is a small village, four miles west of St Austell and close to the River Fal. The north and south coasts of Cornwall are equidistant from the village and accessible with just a short drive. There is a small selection of shops and eateries to choose from, while nearby St Austell, one of the largest towns in Cornwall, has a wider choice of amenities and attractions to enjoy. Visit the 150-year-old Victorian brewery with a museum and bar plus tours of the huge copper tanks, as well as access to the renowned tourist attractions of Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, while the south coast and choice of stunning beaches amongst the Roseland and Polperro heritage coastlines are at your disposal. The surfing hot spot of Newquay, known for its magnificent beaches and watersports opportunities, is approximately 11 miles away, offering access to Cornwall's north Atlantic coast. There is plenty of outdoor adventure to be had from this charming village location.
