Pentewan is a modern family holiday home in the quiet village of Phillack near Hayle. The house sleeps five people and has one double bedroom with an en-suite, one twin bedroom (which can be presented as a king on request), one single and a family bathroom. On the ground floor is a kitchen, open plan sitting room with dining area and a sun room. Outside is an enclosed patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue plus off road parking for one car. Located just a short walk from Hayle town centre and the glorious sandy beaches of the north coast, Pentewan is a great choice for a family holiday.

Found in the beautiful St Ives Bay in West Cornwall and just 6 miles from St Ives itself is the popular town of Hayle. Boasting an estuary packed with wildlife, a pretty little harbour and over 3 miles of golden sandy beaches, Hayle is a fantastic location for families or those looking for the best that Cornwall has to offer.

This very well maintained property is well situated in a quiet road, but within easy walking distance of local shops and pubs.. The accommodation is well proportioned, and furnished to a high standard (including electric, fully reclining, arm chairs !), and everywhere was spotlessly clean. As holiday property owners at Mount Brioni, we are perhaps quite fussy about such things, but we were extremely pleased with all aspects.

We were very impressed with surrounds of property, and every thing about cottage and garden.. Directions on how to find the property we're spot on and it's position made easy access for getting out and about to visit lots of places all round the west Cornwall. Another nice touch was the welcome tray for us on the table complete Cornish cream tea.

Pleasantly comfortable.. Suited our needs for a base close to our family and friends. Handy for the beach and places to eat etc. Would have preferred more space in the kitchen and more outside space, although the latter didn't matter too much as the weather was poor.
