January 2019
We have just returned from a very relaxing weeks stay at Brunnion House.
The location is amazing , beautiful views of the landscape, excellent walk to the top of Trencom Hill , no noise so slept extremely well, gardens front and rear and a field available to exercise our dog if needed, yet only a 10 min drive to the centre of St Ives or in the other direction Penzance and St Michael’s Mount.
We loved the cottage , huge comfy lounge with log fire ( it wasn’t needed as the heating was ample ) but seeing as it is January it made it feel really cosy with it lit in the evenings. Beds really comfortable, bedding and towels included in the price.
The kitchen had everything you need, we especially appreciated a caffettiera , I do like my ground coffee.
The owners are very friendly without being too overbearing or in your face, but are close by if you do need them.
Ideally you will need a car to get here and around the sights but there is ample parking on site.
