This contemporary, property is located at the heart of the village of Charlestown, famous for its Georgian port and more recently as the location for the TV series Poldark.

The village is a fine example of a Georgian harbour with the South West coastal path passing through, and maintains a small fleet of tall ships, as well as an interesting shipwreck museum. The location could not be better for exploring this area of south Cornwall, as the town of St Austell with its shops and supermarkets is just a ten-minute drive away, as is The Eden Project.
