The living areas of the semi-detached holiday home consist of a kitchen containing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and a living/dining room with a Smart TV and dining seating for six people. The bedrooms comprise a zip/link king-size with a Smart TV, furnished balcony and en-suite shower room, a double and a twin, alongside a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is a private front deck with furniture and access to a hot tub, along with an off-road parking spot. Within 0.4 miles, you'll find a shop, pub and a beach. Two well-behaved pets are welcome here, however smoking is prohibited. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A highchair and travel cot are available on request. Choose 11 Towan Valley for a coastal break with those who mean most. Note: There are steps up to the decking and further steps to the hot tub, please take care.

The village is home to a beautiful., Blue Flag beach which boasts a renowned bar, Blue Bar. Resting within the St Agnes Heritage Coast, Porthtowan is within reach of a number of attractions, including St Agnes Beacon, and Saint Agnes Museum. Additionally, the South West Coast Path can be accessed from here, offering scenic hikes to the likes of Perranporth and Portreath.
