There are two bedrooms, one with an en-suite and access onto the patio, along with a separate family bathroom. There's also an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, also opening onto the patio where you'll find a lovely, sunny decked area with furniture. 4 The Beach House is a very stylish, modern apartment, in a very popular area, and should be booked today to avoid missing out on a fantastic Cornish break beside the sea!

Area
Porth is a small seaside village on the outskirts of Newquay. The village offers a shop, cafes, restaurants and a pub on the sandy beach, plus nearby is the South West Coast Path, which boasts spectacular scenery. Watergate Bay, with its rolling waves, surf schools, cafe and pubs, is a short walk away, and the popular resort of Newquay with its beaches, watersports, pubs, restaurants, zoo and aquarium is well worth a visit.

Due to covid a lot of quirky decor had been removed! a lot of kitchen utensils,plates etc weren’t there or had been left in the dishwasher, there was no can opener we had to go out and buy one! We stayed in the same apartment last year things just not the same . PS a dvd player would have been handy as the TV picture wasn’t brilliant.

The accommodation was beautifully kitted out and decorated, beds were all very comfy and bathrooms fabulous! The floors could have done with being cleaner and maybe the garden could have done with weeding. Location amazing though, and having our own parking space was very handy.

Booked holiday and the next day my wife received a letter regarding an operation date around the same time as the holiday we booked so I phoned to explain our circumstances hoping to cancel for now which made no difference what so ever I would have still had to pay a big chunk of the holiday regardless .. To me this was ridiculous as it was for medical reasons.Based on this I will never use you again and when we talk to other families I will tell them our experience . Especially as you don’t even pay for the holiday until we’ve had it as I received an email just before our holiday asking for the the money as they had it down as unpaid despite me paying it in full already . I was then told that you hadn’t paid it yet. So your not worth the £75 you charge
