With one double bedroom, a double sofa bed and family bathroom, the property can sleep two people. There is also an open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Outside to the front of the property is a patio area with seating. Guests have free access to use of the outdoor swimming pool and also benefit from discounted meals at Beaucliffes restaurant.

Porth is a little seaside village resting on the outskirts of Newquay. The village is very popular with families and has a large, sandy beach that offers safe bathing. Nearby is the South West Coast Path which offers wonderful scenery and trails into the popular resort of Newquay, regarded as the surfing capital of the UK. Boasting an array of restaurants, pubs, beaches and watersports, the town is popular with visitors all year round. Further afield, the cathedral city of Truro, Bodmin Moor and the world-famous Eden Project are all worth visiting.
