The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer-dryer, dining seating for five people and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double, twin and single, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a decked area with patio furniture and a private off-road parking space at the top of Church Hill. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One small well-behaved dog downstairs permitted. An easy starter log is provided, outside the Summer months, for your first evening which burns for approximately three hours, more logs are usually available at local garages and shops. It's easy to go to the village's numerous restaurants and stores, which are supplemented by a wide variety of little character homes. As the tide goes out, the sandy harbour becomes a haven for rock pools. A short drive from the Polzeath, Daymer, and Rock beaches, this property is ideal for both a romantic getaway and a family vacation. At the very top of the village, there is plenty of space for vehicles to park.
