3 Newhall Green is situated in a hamlet a mile from the pub in St Teath. It’s an ancient thick-walled semi-detached cottage on two levels, made smart, warm and welcoming. It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms – a double and a twin, with bathroom. Living room and Kitchen-dining room. No TV reception. Huge garden opposite with summer house available Easter to end of Sept which has a kitchenette and shower. 3 Newhall Green is a wonderful place for relaxation. Nearby there are stunning beaches at Polzeath, Padstow, Rock and Trebarwith Strand

Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin. Sitting room with wood burning stove, kitchen with dining area. Ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. Additional basin and WC. External garden house with TV, playstation, kitchenette and shower.

Area
St Teath is a picturesque village three miles inland from the spectacular North Cornwall Coast, and is dominated by a clock tower surrounded by pretty cottages built from local Delabole slate.

This is a beautiful cottage to stay in with everything we needed for our family.. The area is fantastic with loads for us to do. The caretaker who lives a couple of doors away was incredibly helpful, we left our wetsuits behind and she posted them back to us very promptly. Cannot recommend this cottage highly enough.

Layout and facilities were by far the best of any holiday rental we have experienced.. Our 10 year old Collie is really missing the heated stone floors. Area for improvement - the splayed legs of the kitchen chairs are a nightmare to bare toes

Good position for beaches and places of interest.. Quaint little road. Liked the garden opposite and the the extra room. Nice big bathroom and very clean. Novel to have a steam room and used it (although couldn't get it to work the following day).

3 Newhall is a beautful cosy cottage for a great family outing.. The summer house is a delight and great place for kids and adults alike to spend the day . The cottage was very clean, location is great and very helpful caretaker Tracy ! Will definitely go again
