This cottage is situated in the historical village of Polruan with its many meandering streets.In the village there is Crumpets the tea room, a village shop, two pubs and a working boat yard, which are all a few minutes walk away from the cottage. The village dates back to the 1300s and is the perfect place to unwind and watch the boats come and go in the harbour.
