Large family friendly cottage in the heart of Polruan, a small fishing village in the parish of Lanteglos by Fowey in Cornwall, bounded on three sides by water.
The village has two pubs and a passenger ferry that will take you across to Fowey. The neighbouring village of Bodinnick to the north is connected by a four mile walk along the hill tops.
