*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here. Although the main sitting room is upstairs, there is a small sitting area in the downstairs kitchen.
*Two of the bedrooms feature zip-and-link beds so can be set up as a twin or king on request.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
*You're in Perranporth so having a car is not necessary, but there is private parking for up to two cars should you need it.
