The living areas in the reverse-level holiday home consist of a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen hosting an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, food processor, a dining area with seating for nine people overall, a sitting area with Smart TV with Sky and access to a furnished balcony, as well as a utility with a washing machine. The bedrooms rest on the ground floor and enjoy Smart TVs with Freeview and Sky, consisting of: a super-king-size with Jack-and-Jill acccess to a shower room, a super-king-size, a king-size with an en-suite shower room, and a twin, along with a bathroom and a first-floor cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, unenclosed side decking and off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.8 miles, you'll find a shop, within 2.2, a beach, and a pub rests on site. Please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome at a cost of £35 per pet, per week. Smoking is prohibited. Settled around a lovely, sandy beach that is perfect for surfing and rockpooling, Polzeath is a charming getaway for any coastal lover. With easy access to the South West Coastal Path, as well as as the village's fantastic selection of shops, pubs and eateries, guests are well-catered to here! The delights of Rock, Padstow and Wadebridge are all within easy reach, all of which offer plenty to see and do. The Camel Trail is also nearby, ideal for cycling enthusiasts.
