The house sleeps seven guests in three bedrooms, a double, a family room and one with a single bed and child's cabin bed and has a family bathroom. On the ground floor a light and airy open plan kitchen, dining area, conservatory and sitting area with flame effect gas fire. Outside a big, secluded and peaceful garden with BBQ. Located right in the heart of this bustling seaside town, Mount Pleasant is perfect for a family seaside break.

Accomodation Details
Three bedrooms: a double, a family room with a double and a single bed, and a room with a single and child's cabin bed. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area, conservatory and sitting area with 'living flame' gas fire. Big utility room and cloakroom with WC and basin on this floor.

Area
Padstow is situated at the head of the Camel Cycle Trail and is a fantastic base for exploring the South West Coastal Path which opens up routes to beautiful Cornish countryside. This delightful fishing port is surrounded by sandy beaches and offers many opportunities to taste the locally sourced produce in celebrity owned establishments.

Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Central heating with gas fire. Microwave, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking is available in a public car park nearby. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

The only downside was that there was no parking and I had to use a pay and display car park that cost £8 per day apart from that it is a great house..

Excellent location, down a little path at the side of the house and you are in the town.. The house is very clean and comfortable. Bedding and towels spotless. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere in the house. Well stocked with glasses, plates etc, the only negative comments I would make is that some of the kitchen utensils need replacing, some of the pans, knives were a little rusty so had to scrub them before they were used. The central heating system was a little tempramental but saying this we had a fabulous time and would definitely return.

We had the most wonderful holiday.. The house is perfectly located, being able to nip down the path in a few minutes into the heart of town was perfect. A good size garden to allow our little boy to play whilst we enjoyed the evening sun. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. We will certainly return.

Home was ideal for holiday with different generations of family circle.. Location was ideal for quick access to Padstow. Beautifully comfortable home with different areas to sit in and good garden with view of Camel Estuary. Would definitely recommend.

An amazing house right in the heart of Padstow.. The location couldn’t be better. It’s set back from the Main Street and has a beautiful garden overlooking the harbour. The house is really tastefully decorated and cosy. Really couldn’t fault the house.

We had a great stay in this lovely cottage, very cosy, well equipped, handy for the town centre and with beautiful views of the estuary from the conservatory.. Only downside is the lack of parking, but we found on road parking about 5 minutes walk away.
