Gull Cottage is a mid-terrace cottage situated in the Cornish village of Padstow. It has three bedrooms; a double room and two singles, as well as a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. There is also an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a patio garden with furniture. Gull Cottage is a stylish property in a wonderful location for exploring the area.

Area
Padstow is at the head of the Camel Cycle Trail, a base for exploring the South West Coastal Path. This fishing port is surrounded by beaches. Padstow has something for everyone with watersports, walking, cycling and fishing. The beaches of Harlyn and Constantine are ideal for family fun, and Constantine Bay is home to a golf course. The Eden Project is just over twenty miles away.

Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.

When holidaying with your dog, the accommodation isn’t always 5* but no such worries with Gull Cottage.. Lovely cottage, immaculately presented and in a great location. We will be making a return visit.

Gull cottage is fantastic, great location, very well presented, everything you could want provided.. Even a cream tea waiting on arrival - and a doggie cake for Fred! Really enjoyed our week at Gull cottage - highly recommended we will definitely visit again.

Cornwall in January has a lot to offer.. It is not crowded but still has all the wonderful coastal scenery to explore. Gull cottage is well situated . There are fabulous walks from the house and different places are a short drive away. Padstow itself is a 10 minute walk. Gull cottage is dog friendly with bowls, towel and poo bags supplied. Our dog is small and quiet now he is getting on. There is not a huge amount of space for a large bouncy young dog . The cottage is a small modern link house in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy parking outside. It is furnished and equipped to a high standard and is warm and comfortable . There is a courtyard garden at the back . There are fabulous views of the Camel Estuary from the rear bedrooms . The cottage is supplied with a generous amount of consumables . We appreciated the comfy beds, great shower, quality bed linen and towels. A lot of care has been taken to furnish, maintain, and equip this cottage to provide a high level of guest comfort which we enjoyed. It makes a holiday, especially in the depths of winter much more worthwhile .

The new owners of Gull Cottage have refurbished the cottage to an exceptionally high standard (this was my 8th visit to GC).. As I don't have a pet, I haven't previously stayed at a cottage that allows pets. The only negative with our stay was when I covered myself up with a throw from the sofa, only to be covered head to toe in dog hairs! However, that hasn't put me off, as I have just booked to stay again next year! Can't wait.

Gull Cottage was excellent.. We have stayed in many cottages over the years with the dog and at times, have been rather disappointed as it appears people with dogs tend to get the lower end of the market regarding accommodation, however it is never reflected in the price. Gull cottage exceeded our expectations and we can honestly say without doubt that it is the best place we ever have stayed in. We have already recommended Gull cottage to friends and family and will have no hesitation in booking Gull cottage again, when we next visit Padstow, Cornwall. A genuine 10 out of 10!!!!!
