Newlyn is the third largest fishing port in England. An abundance of wildlife and flora, with basking sharks, dolphins and grey seals can often be enjoyed from the Cornwall Coastal Path and the level Mousehole to Marazion cycle path. The Cornish coast is renowned for surfing and fishing for sea bass. Mounts Bay also offers watersports and the opportunity to relax and unwind in beautiful surroundings.

Note: The property is on a hill and is pedestrian access only, There is limited head height in the twin bedroom, No access permitted via the steep steps in the rear courtyard
