There is a family shower room to support whilst downstairs has an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Please note there is a half step between the first floor bathroom and the staircase. There is a small area at the back of the property with an outside toilet. Outside has permit parking available. Walking and cycling can be enjoyed on the South West Coast Path, within a stone's throw of the property.
