Unlike many of the villages to the north of the coast, Mevagissey still retains the charm and character that you would expect, yet offers a good selection of pubs and restaurants serving the catch of the day, please note it is a steep hill back up to the property.

For the more energetic visitor there is the coast path that skirts around the whole of this unique county, where you will be sure to find your own cove or sandy beach along the way and discover 'real Cornwall'. Despite enjoying this quiet location, all of Cornwall's must see sites and areas are within easy access, 'The Lost Garden of Heligan', famed for being the birth place of the Eden Project and the Eden Project itself are a short drive away and are both a must see for any visitor to the area.
