Seabreeze is a modern, uncluttered bungalow alongside the former railway sidings and beach at Marazion. The property sleeps two people and has one double bedroom and a bathroom. There is also an open-plan living area which incorporates the lounge, dining area and kitchen. Outside is a small, private patio with a picnic bench, as well as shared lawned areas and off road parking for two cars. Located around 10 minutes walk from the town centre, Seabreeze is a great choice for those seeking a coastal holiday with amenities close by. Note: This group of properties are situated 35m from the Penzance to Redruth railway line.

Marazion in Mounts Bay is a buzzing seaside community with a large stretch of beautiful golden beach for sandcastles, swims and boating adventures. Enjoy the restaurants, galleries and coffee houses. St Michaels Mount is the iconic part time isle reached via a cobbled causeway at low tide or ferry jaunt at high water.

A basic bungalow near to the beach, with views of St Michael's Mount. Fairly comfortable, only just enough crockery for a couple, a very noisy washing-machine which needs replacing, it could be cleaner, the sofa covers are dirty and the bathroom was particularly bad. There was a damp patch on thebedroom ceiling

We stayed here for 4 nights 1st impressions really nice and clean and an excellent location. We soon realised that the floors were absolutely filthy - good job we took flip flops and slippers, we did have to bin our slippers though as they were disgusting off the floors. The place was good but just a bit tired and crockery was not brilliant all needed updating. Excellent lovation for where we wanted to visit.

Booked Sea breeze then read the reviews. Wasn't expecting anything brilliant but what a surprise.when we walked through the front door. Very clean and comfy. The heating was on lovely plus a welcoming gift. We have had a fantastic 2 weeks here views fantastic looking at the sea all day if your in. The slow cooker was a bonus we used it often as we were out a lot.Very comfortable bed with the sound of the sea MAGIC. We will definitely return in fact my husband would like to live here permanently. Thank You for a fantastic stay.

The bed and pillows could do with being replaced and also crockery and cutlery levels need to be addressed .. We only had one cereal dish two pasta bowls and a small square dish two side plates and two knives and forks one highball glass and the washing up bowl has seen better days. I understand that the cottage is for Two but as there were six mugs and four dinner plates and more than two teaspoons and dessert spoons nine wine glasses and at least 6 small tumblers it seemed a little uneven. The sliding door could do with some attention as we could not open it. On a positive note It was very clean when we went in and we were very impressed with the refurbishments and of course the spectacular views from the windows.

This was my second stay at Seabreeze.. The location is perfect and the cottage is very well equipped, except for a shortage of knives and side plates!! Although it's a two person accommodation I think a little more thanjust two kives/plates would be helpful. I was sorry there was no visitor's book as I would like to have written in one (positive comments). I shall certainly re visit this property and I did recommend it to someone I met walking over to St Michael's Mount. I was generally very comfortable in Sea Breeze.

Hi there This is about our 4th or 5th stay at one of these bungalows at Marazion and we love them! Just a couple of minor things to mention which hopefully will help: There were 2 cracked glasses on arrival and there were only 2 knives, although there were 4 forks. Also, in Seabreeze the boiler is situated somewhere above the bedroom so is very noisy at night - not much you can do about that I suppose but just thought I'd mention it! We'll definitely be back! Unfortunately the kitchen equipment was poor.. No frying pan or oven tray, there were three saucepan lids only one fitted the two saucepans. If you're self catering you do expect to be able to cook breakfast at least. I was under the impression that the cottage was nearer the village of Marazion than it actually was ( a twenty minute walk )

Amazing view, not happy the hot water ran out after running a bath not even a quarter full, ended up have to go to our family's holiday home just to have a wash. Ants kept getting in, don't know where from but we found them all over the side and in our shoes. Toaster didn't work eaither, so making a simple slice of toast was made in the oven. Door broken as well can only open and close back door from inside.

Good for walkers , right on south west coastal path and as you are about nine feet below you are on show to all who use a very well trodden path, April to wet and stormy seas.. Close to day,s out for touring.Better late May onward, bungalow fine for two, if its your thing to park up and walk go for it.

The windows need replacing as the blinds move about and when it was very windy, they became very noisy and kept us awake.. The bungalow is looking very tired, needs new flooring, new decorating, new beds, new sofas, needs a washer dryer so you can clean and dry your clothes. Full of ants and sand bugs all week. Front door wouldn't close unless locked, patio door was stiff and felt like it would come off when you tried to close it. Very disappointing and feel like I have paid far too much for sub standard accommodation. Wont stay there again.
