Outside there is a private decking area with furniture and off-road parking. WiFi, radio, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two-well behaved pets and welcome but there is no smoking permitted at the property. Within 0.1 miles there is an on-site shop and pub. Note: On-site leisure facilities include: indoor swimming pool (all year round) and outdoor swimming pools (May to September), sauna, mini-gym, games room, tennis courts, bar/restaurant and small gift shop at reception selling a range of grocery and alcoholic items. Area The small rural community of Gunnislake is on the heavily forested banks of the River Tamar. It has a few of local bars and a few stores. The village is notable for being at one end of the picturesque Tamar Valley Railway, which runs along the riverbank to Plymouth on a regular basis. Dartmoor, the south and north coast beaches, and the attractions of Cornwall's far west are all within easy reach. Tavistock, with its pannier market, bars, and restaurants, is close by, as is Calstock, a popular fishing village known for its crafts and festivals, while the Donkey Sanctuary and Cotehele House and Gardens (NT) are also within easy reach.
