Trelease is a charming holiday home in the popular Pendra Loweth village. The property is well furnished and tastefully decorated with three spacious bedrooms and modern bathrooms. There is an open plan living area, pretty outdoor area, perfect for breakfast or a barbecue in the evening. An allocated parking space is another bonus to this lovely retreat. Stepping out there are plenty of on site amenities to enjoy, the award winning communal gardens, plunge pool (not available until Easter 2021), Jacuzzi and ball courts then stepping outside Swanpool and Maenporth beach are only 1 mile away. The South West coast path is close by and is perfect for a day’s exploring the scenic views around the Helford in one direction and Falmouth in the other. Falmouth town is well worth visiting to stroll through the narrow streets visiting shops, restaurants and bars or the acclaimed National Maritime Museum. Area
Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbourside pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes).
