What can I say apart from positive feedback in every area. What an amazing place to stay. We loved every Minute. This fanatic well designed clean and immaculate accommodation was perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub, hammocks and land for the kids to play with a cute little swing in the woody area and bbq. Matt was so friendly and welcoming and always about to help. A fantastic base to explore cornwall and not far from looe beach which was a great day out on a boat to polperro. Glolitha falls is not far and with a visit and the lost gardens of heligan was amazing. We travelled over 400 miles to get here and worth every mile! We will defiantly be back to stay again in hope to also have the cottage next door with family.

I can't emphasize how perfect this holiday home is! Decor done tastefully as well as the kitchen being perfectly equipped. Lounge area snug and beds comfy. Outdoor area is perfect to relax in. Take time out to relax in the hammock! As I did and we enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day being tourists. Perfect location to visit Looe, Polperro, Fowey, St Ives and inland villages. Overall this holiday was perfect and I've got to say The Cart House had a lot to play in our fabulous holiday. It also offers accommodation next door for more than 1 family going. We shall certainly be returning. Thank you Matt for being so welcoming and kind. You have beautiful holiday homes and we are privileged to have stayed. Thank you.

What a beautiful renovation.. the Cart House is beautiful, everything has been done very well, and has everything you need . Great gadgets including Surround Sound, Smart TV, lovely lighting. Excellent quailty, beautiful setting. The Orchard area, hot tub and BBQ are great. Matt & Dan are fantastic hosts, nothing is too much trouble, very welcoming and kind. 3 days was not enough. Thankyou Matt & Dan ( Will too Oh and Cleo and Dominique, the cat and dog who live on site ) No problems from Kennel, so don’t worry about that folks Debi, Dan & Kristi xx

The Cart House is the most magnificent place to stay.. You couldn't wish for better accommodation or better hosts. A lovely welcome on arrival with a milk and orange juice in the fridge and tea and coffee provided. The barn conversion is really clean and modern with bluetooth speakers installed, Smart TV's in each room and other little quirky gadgets which is just great. Everything you would need is provided. A laundry room is available with washing machine and tumble dryer. All towels, tea towels and bedding are provided as is fully equipped kitchen with every pan and utensil you would need plus a Tassimo coffee machine! The Orchard containing the hot tub is just a dream, it has it's own private little bar and the scenery around you is fantastic. Some people may be put off by the fact there is a kennels and cattery on site - don't be. The animals didn't disturb us at all - we didn't really know they were there to be honest. A massive thank you to Matt and his family for making us feel so welcome. We will be back! :-)
